Request a repair on a damaged product

Whatever the date of your purchase, you can request a repair on your product by validating the purchase of a flat rate of €19.90 for any request for technical intervention on your jewel.

Once the payment has been validated, our team will contact you by email within 24 working hours to request a photo of the problem to identify and validate the technical feasibility of the request.

In the event of a missing part or component, our team undertakes to carry out the repair within the limits of the available stocks of spare parts or a replacement part which may modify the original model of the article.

In the event of insufficient spare parts or components available, or the non-feasibility of the request, our team reserves the right to refuse the request and to reimburse the service requested using the same means of payment used.

Whatever the reason for the request, the costs of sending the product to our technical team are the responsibility of the buyer.

The delivery costs relating to this order (step 2) correspond to the costs of returning the repaired product to the owner of the item. We invite you to do this to fill in your delivery address in advance to collect the product.

In case of refusal and cancellation of the repair request for the above reasons, these delivery costs will also be refunded.
